Chef Andreas Fink’s love and passion for good food, especially for the Mediterranean cuisine, was born in the cradle as his parents owned a farm and a hotel-restaurant in South Tyrol. In Bolzano, Andreas Fink studied the culinary arts, which has influenced his style of cooking until today. Far more than 20 years of experience as a chef at an international level, extensive experience in the gastronomy and the entertainment industry mould Andreas Fink to this day.
